Q. How long does it take to make a custom piece?

A. A personal consultation is always best to determine the time needed for your custom piece because so many factors are involved in determining how long a custom mosaic piece will take to complete.

Example: 1. The details of the photograph

                2. Whether or not backgrounds will be included

                3. The colors involved in re-creating an image

However; an order should be made a minimum of one month in advance.

Q. Can I choose my own vase & design?

A. I will always give you my expert opinion on which style of vase may look best for the picture you are having created but you make the final decision as to what you want. However; when it comes to painting the vases; I will ask if you want a specific color scheme and go with your desired color scheme but because it is art, I never know what the final brush strokes will develop so I ask that you keep an open mind.

Q. If I give you one of my pictures how can I get it back?

A. I only need a copy of your photo. You can email or mail me a copy of your photo but please do no send me any original pictures.

Q. Does the picture have to be in good condition?

A. I can work with any photo. It can be any size, any color and in any format. I have extensive experience with computer software and I can format any picture to the size you want. In most cases the mosaic image will bring out the details and quality the picture may have lost over time.

A. My vases are sized at 6x8, 9x9, 10x10 and 11x9 and the trinket boxes are 4 x 4. The mosaic images can be sized as small as 4x4 but not larger than 8x10 if you want it on a vase. I can also make larger sizes if you wish to have a Mosaic framed for mounting on a wall. I will always consult with you to meet your needs.

A. Custom mosaic photographs on vases begin at $300.00. Inventory mosiac images begin at $50. Ceramic pieces begin at $10. All custom orders are priced according to the detail and difficulty of the piece.
